6. Purchases, Payments & Refunds

• For services such as Alchemise Content Strategy, Embodied, and B-Roll sessions, no refunds will be issued once booked. Please check your availability before securing your spot.

• If you choose a payment plan, you’re responsible for completing all payments as agreed.

• In the event of non-payment or late payment, access to services may be paused or cancelled.

7. Booking, Scheduling & Communication

• Bookings are made through our integrated scheduler (Google Calendar or similar).

• You’re responsible for choosing a time that works for you. Rescheduling within 48 hours of a session is not guaranteed.

• All official communication will happen via email ([email protected]) unless otherwise agreed.

8. Indemnity

By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alchemy Social House, its team, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, losses or legal fees arising out of your use or misuse of the website or services.
